how long will it take for a custom item ?
it depends! for a custom tumbler, design and production time could be around 1-3 weeks, if it's a smaller item such as a tote bag 1-2 weeks is the approximate turnaround time! the amount of orders we have can also affect this.

can i purchase from outside the US?
yes! the shipping price will be a bit more, but you are able to purchase from outside the united states .

do you have any merch of (group/idol?)
if you're looking for a specific group or idol and you don't see a listing, it may not be uploaded yet! dm us and we can tell you if it's already available. if not, we can custom make almost anything from our shop!

how do pre-orders work?
pre-orders are a way to help us fund the production of a product. the time for a pre-ordered item to be shipped depends on what it is, so please be patient and keep an eye on our socials for updates on the status of the item!

will you have (item) available at (event)?
we don't always have every item available at our table. if you're wanting a specific item and want to pick it up in person please place your order and select the free pickup option for shipping! leave in the order instructions which event you'll be picking up at!

what's your return policy?
unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. if you have an issue with any of your items, please inform us through the contact button! if the product is damaged or if you were given the wrong item, please contact us immediately after receiving your order.
